Kingdom Rush is where I fell in love with Tower Defense Games... Kingdom Rush 5 is a wonderful continuation of the game/franchise/story, lovely art work as always, great maps and hidden secrets on the levels. Base game is a little shorter than the original but with the 3 DLC's added on it reaches about the same amount of levels. Achievements all work are add a nice variation to some levels too. All 3 DLCS are great...

This is the first Kingdom Rush game that I bought for PC and also the first KR game i have not 100% completet. The game looks as awsome as the ohter KR and I didnt encounter any bugs. BUT I dont get why you guys at Ironhide hate the old tower system so much. Yes, I get more tower variety... but for WHAT when I can only use 5 and they all dont really feel much diffrent. Only thing I would have to say is most of the towers and heroes are practically useless throughout a good majority of the game. They are either too weak to do anything unless fully leveled up or are their attack rates are too slow. Being slow and weak to do anything unless upgraded to a lvl4 tower isn't very optimal. Same for the heroes, they just can't hold up in the higher levels unless they are fully upgraded to...
