Creeper World 3 is what happens when cellular automata takes over a strategy simulation. Instead of discrete units that attack your base, a fluid-like substance spreads over the terraformable terrain. Your base, your weapons, your strategy... you must adapt them all.

🧐 My Opinion 🧐 Creeper World 3 is a good and quite original strategy game built around one strong idea: instead of fighting classic enemy units, you fight against a spreading liquid enemy that slowly floods the map. It's great, surprisingly relaxing most of the time for a strategy game, the asymmetry of the combat makes for an interesting challenge, although it struggles to evolve. Once you're used to the game mechanics basically as soon as you can 'stabilise', that is, hold back the tide for a moment, you've basically won outside of a half-hour's cleanup duty.
