Endoparasitic is a 10/10 and it doesn’t even try to be nice about it. You’re crawling, bleeding, manually reloading each bullet at a time. No mercy, no breaks, just pure tension the whole way. Graphics are simple but pleasing to look at. Perhaps the best indie game i played back in 2024. Short, brutal, and insanely effective, addictive. 10/10, suffering done right.

Endoparasitic comes out as an experimental title that masterfully combines its horror theme with a puzzle-like combat system. The core mechanic of the game is that the protagonist has one arm and no other limbs.
