For a free Hotline Miami it's quite good. Cool colour scheme, decent mechanics, laughable story (including the voice acting), and decent performance it's worth checking out. Just the design of the level's is my only complaint but worth overlooking considering everything else.

beat the game in one siting really funny secret achevment i wont spoil then i thougt i was done... NOPE new game plus chalenges secrets i colected in the campain were scraped levels that didnt make it into the final game and to top it all of the games free

Great low end game for budget builds, very fun to play, and free. You can definitely play this while listening to a new album or something.
