I love this game even to this day, but hey, any friends who read this: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not try to play the multiplayer through Steam without an external client (i.e. Eye W 4 X, can't type the name properly, blame Steam), because the base multiplayer has RCE vulnerabilites that cheaters can freely exploit to hack your PC.

Amazing game, one gem from the past, but I am not recommending the game due to RCE exploits (most Call of duty games, if not all except the newest one, have vulnerability issues, and can access your computer; for MW2, hackers can control your PC because multiplayer runs on host-based matchmaking).
